Payment Information
We accept Paypal, cash (local pickup only - please bring exact change) and money orders. Please note that credit cards can be processed through Paypal without having to sign up for an account with them. We do not accept personal cheques. For cash and money order option, please email to arrange your order or call 204.388.4851.

Your order will be shipped as soon as the money order is received. If the money order is not received within one month, your order will be cancelled.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Taxes
Manitoba residents will be charged 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on orders. The following items are exempt from PST: cloth diapers, diaper covers, inserts, liners, and doublers.

Free Local Pick up
Tiny TreeHugger is based in Niverville, Manitoba. After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a pick up time. Most orders will be available for pick up within one or two business days. Winnipeg pickup is weekly.
Canada Post – Expedited Shipping

$150.00 or more = FREE SHIPPING - Please note: the cart does not automatically apply free shipping. Select "Canada Post" as shipping option, and enter coupon code "freeship" when checking out. Cannot be combined with other coupons.
Orders are often shipped within the next business day, or within three business days. You will receive a shipping notice via Canada Post with tracking information. Orders shipped lettermail without tracking are not our responsibility upon leaving our hands. Expedited Parcel through Canada Post, which includes a tracking number and $100 of insurance. Please email for shipping quote if you need your order shipped fast or guarenteed insurance and tracking. Approximate delivery times are 1 day within Winnipeg, 1-3 days within Manitoba and 2-7 days within Canada, up to 1-6 weeks when shipped to the USA.

Canada Post - Lettermail with Canada [with coupon code please see directions below]

If you are ordering a small or flat item (e.g. one to three Snappis, one diaper cover, one to three amber or hazelwood necklaces), you may select to have it shipped by Lettermail through Canada Post. This option does not include a tracking number or insurance and we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. When checking out, select "Expedited Post within Canada" as the shipping option (you see a charge $9.99 for shipping), then enter the code 'lettermail' in the discount coupon box and click recalculate. $7.50 should be discounted and your order will ship via lettermail. If this option is not used correctly you will be invoiced exact shipping plus $2 surcharge.
You may also contact us before placing your order if you would like to know beforehand if your item qualifies.
Canada Post - Small Packet to USA

to have it shipped by Small Packet to USA through Canada Post. This
option does not include a tracking number or insurance and we accept no
responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. You are also responsible for any customs or duty charges if applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
Sorry no returns. Exchanges will be accepted on new, unwashed and unused items within 14 days of receipt. A 10% restocking/cancellation fee will be deducted from your total at our discretion. Please contact info(at)tinytreehuggerdiapers(dot)com before returning your item. Include a note with the product with your name, address, email and order number. All return shipping costs for refunds and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. All special order and clearance items are final sale - no exchanges or returns.
Product Defects
Defective products are handled by the manufacturer. Email info(at)tinytreehuggerdiapers(dot)com if you require assistance contacting a manufacturer about a defect.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates will be emailed to the purchaser, as a JPEG file attachment. The purchaser can then forward the email attachment to the recipient, or print it out and give it to them. If you would prefer for Tiny TreeHugger to send the gift certificate directly to the recipient, please make a note of this when checking out, in the "special requests or messages" box with your preferred method of email or snail mail.
Please note:

There is no change given when a gift certificate is used. The purchase total must be equal to or more than the gift certificate total.

When checking out, the cart will only allow one gift certificate per purchase. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to use more than one gift certificate for your purchase, and we will make special arrangements.

Gift certificates expire one year after purchase.

Gift certificates cannot be returned, but they can be transferred to a different recipient.

Merchandise purchased with a gift certificate may be exchanged but cannot be returned for cash.

We promise to protect your privacy. Your personal information, including email address, mailing address and phone number, will never be used for any purpose other than processing your order. We will not share, trade or sell any customer information.
