Payment Information
We accept Paypal, cash (local pickup only - please bring exact change) and money orders. Please note that credit cards can be processed through Paypal without having to sign up for an account with them. We do not accept personal cheques.

Your order will be shipped as soon as the money order is received. If the money order is not received within one month, your order will be cancelled.
Currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Taxes
Manitoba residents will be charged 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on orders. The following items are exempt from PST: cloth diapers, diaper covers, inserts, liners, and doublers.
Shipping
We offer three options for shipping – Free local pick up, Canada Post – Regular Shipping, or Canada Post - Lettermail.
Free Local Pick up
Tiny TreeHugger is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Niverville, Manitoba. After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a pick up time. Most orders will be available for pick up within three to four business days or sooner.
Canada Post – Regular Shipping
Shipping costs within Canada and to USA
$0.01 - $174.99 = $5.00
$175.00 or more = FREE SHIPPING - Please note: the cart does not automatically apply free shipping. Select "Canada Post" as shipping option, and enter coupon code "freeship" when checking out. Cannot be combined with other coupons (including bulk discounts).
Orders will be shipped twice a week (shipping days may vary from week to week). We will contact you after your order is placed with an expected shipping date. We will also contact you after your order is shipped with tracking information. Orders are shipped lettermail without tracking or Expedited Parcel through Canada Post, which includes a tracking number and $100 of insurance. Please email for shipping quote if you need your order shipped fast. Approximate delivery times are 1 day within Winnipeg, 1-3 days within Manitoba and 2-7 days within Canada, up to 2 weeks when shipped to the USA.

Canada Post - Lettermail

If you are ordering a small or light item (e.g. Snappi, soother clip, diaper cover), you may select to have it shipped by Lettermail through Canada Post. This option does not include a tracking number or insurance and we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. When checking out, select "Canada Post" as the shipping option (you will be charged $5 for shipping). After completing your order, email info(at)tinytreehuggerdiapers(dot)com and request Lettermail shipping. We will let you know if your order is able to be shipped by Lettermail, and will issue store credit if it is. You may also contact us before placing your order if you would like to know beforehand if your item qualifies.
Returns
Returns and exchanges will be accepted on new, unwashed items within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total. Please contact info(at)tinytreehuggerdiapers(dot)com before returning your item. Include a note with the product with your name, address, email and order number. All return shipping costs for refunds and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. All special order and clearance items are final sale - no exchanges or returns.
Product Defects
Defective products are handled by the manufacturer. Email info(at)tinytreehuggerdiapers(dot)com if you require assistance contacting a manufacturer about a defect.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates will be emailed to the purchaser, as a JPEG file attachment. The purchaser can then forward the email attachment to the recipient, or print it out and give it to them. If you would prefer for Tiny TreeHugger to send the gift certificate directly to the recipient, please make a note of this when checking out, in the "special requests or messages" box with your preferred method of email or snail mail.
Please note:

There is no change given when a gift certificate is used. The purchase total must be equal to or more than the gift certificate total.

When checking out, the cart will only allow one gift certificate per purchase. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to use more than one gift certificate for your purchase, and we will make special arrangements.

Gift certificates expire one year after purchase.

Gift certificates cannot be returned, but they can be transferred to a different recipient.

Merchandise purchased with a gift certificate may be exchanged but cannot be returned for cash.
Privacy
We promise to protect your privacy. Your personal information, including email address, mailing address and phone number, will never be used for any purpose other than processing your order. We will not share, trade or sell any customer information.
