Payment Information
We accept Paypal, cash (local pickup only - please bring exact change) and money orders. Please note that credit cards can be processed through Paypal without having to sign up for an account with them.

All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Taxes
Manitoba residents will be charged 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on orders. The following items are exempt from PST: cloth diapers, diaper covers, inserts, liners, and doublers.
Shipping
We offer four options for shipping – Free local pick up, Canada Post – Regular Shipping, Canada Post - Lettermail, or local delivery.
Free Local Pick up
Tiny TreeHugger is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Niverville, Manitoba. After placing your order, we will contact you to arrange a pick up time. For pick up in Winnipeg, most orders will be available for pick up within 48 hours of placing your order. For pick up in Niverville, most orders will be available for pick up within two to three business days.
Canada Post – Regular Shipping

$175.00 or more = FREE SHIPPING - Please note: the cart does not automatically apply free shipping. Select "Canada Post" as shipping option, and enter coupon code "freeship" when checking out. Cannot be combined with other coupons (including bulk discounts).
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days (or sooner). If your package cannot be shipped in this time frame, we will contact you. Orders are shipped Expedited Parcel through Canada Post, which includes a tracking number and $100 of insurance. Approximate delivery times are 1 day within Winnipeg, 1-3 days within Manitoba and 2-7 days within Canada. Currently, we do not ship outside of Canada.
Canada Post - Lettermail

If you are ordering a small or light item (e.g. Snappi, soother clip, diaper cover), you may select to have it shipped by Lettermail through Canada Post. This option does not include a tracking number or insurance and we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. When checking out, select "Canada Post" as the shipping option (you will be charged $9 for shipping). After completing your order, email Pam C at pamc(at)tinytreehuggerdiapers(dot)com and request Lettermail shipping. Pam C will let you know if your order is able to be shipped by Lettermail, and will refund the $6 if it is. You may also contact Pam C before placing your order if you would like to know beforehand if your item qualifies.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery with prepaid orders over $50. There is a $3 charge for orders under $50. Delivery dates vary each week, so please specify where you would like your package left if you happen to not be home at the time of delivery.
** Please Note: Due to a technical error, the shopping cart will automatically charge $3 for delivery, even if your order is over $50. If you qualify for free delivery, please contact us after placing your order, and we will refund the $3. **
Returns
Returns and exchanges will be accepted on new, unwashed items within 30 days of receipt. Please contact pamc(at)tinytreehuggerdiapers(dot)com before returning your item. Include a note with the product with your name, address, email and order number. All return shipping costs for refunds and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Defects
Defective products are handled by the manufacturer. Email pamc(at)tinytreehuggerdiapers(dot)com if you require assistance contacting a manufacturer about a defect.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates will be emailed to the purchaser, as a JPEG file attachment. The purchaser can then forward the email attachment to the recipient, or print it out and give it to them. If you would prefer for Tiny TreeHugger to send the gift certificate directly to the recipient, please make a note of this when checking out, in the "special requests or messages" box with your preferred method of email or snail mail.
Please note:

There is no change given when a gift certificate is used. The purchase total must be equal to or more than the gift certificate total.

When checking out, the cart will only allow one gift certificate per purchase. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to use more than one gift certificate for your purchase, and we will make special arrangements.

Gift certificates expire one year after purchase.

Gift certificates cannot be returned, but they can be transferred to a different recipient.

Merchandise purchased with a gift certificate may be exchanged but cannot be returned for cash.
Privacy
We promise to protect your privacy. Your personal information, including email address, mailing address and phone number, will never be used for any purpose other than processing your order. We will not share, trade or sell any customer information.
